Reading his latest article in Success Magazine, I came across three questions that everyone should ask themself to get good feedback. This should be done not only in your professional, but personal life as well.

- What should I keep doing?
- What should I start doing?
The answers to these questions allow you to begin to self-assess. Begin to determine your effectiveness as a professional, a parent, a friend, a spouse.
Don't wait to find out that for the past year, your boss or your wife has been annoyed with what you have or have not been doing. Be proactive and ask for that feedback now so you can make any necessary changes.
Taking control of the situtation gives you an opportunity to take responsibility for your actions.
It is very easy to fall in the trap of blaming someone else for something that you had the ability to respond to. Take control of what you can by asking for feedback!
